Payouts are milestone-based and may include token components upon availability. Larger requests should include co-funding or phased plans.

Eligibility & selection

Eligibility

  • Teams or individuals with ability to ship within stated timelines
  • Open-source license for public goods; clear rationale for closed-source components
  • Work primarily benefitting the PH ecosystem or users

  • Impact & alignment with Maharlikas mission
  • Technical feasibility & security considerations
  • Team track record & clarity of milestones
  • Maintenance & sustainability plan

Timeline

Who can apply?
Individuals, student groups, startups, NGOs, and established teams. We prioritize PH-focused impact.
Are grants equity or tokens?
Grants are non-dilutive. Some awards may include token components upon availability and network phase.
Can I re-apply?
Yes. If rejected or deferred, you can re-apply with clearer scope, feasibility, and milestones.
Reporting requirements?
Short progress updates per milestone, public repo for open-source work, and a brief postmortem or demo link on completion.
Compliance & KYC?
Depending on tier and regulations, basic KYC/receipts may be required for payout processing.
