Payouts are milestone-based and may include token components upon availability. Larger requests should include co-funding or phased plans.

Email within ~2 weeks; larger grants may require a short call.

Agreement

Finalize grant terms, milestones, payout schedule, and compliance checks.

Build, ship, and report. Payouts on approved deliverables.

Publish results, demos, or postmortems; open-source where possible.

Individuals, student groups, startups, NGOs, and established teams. We prioritize PH-focused impact.

Are grants equity or tokens?

Grants are non-dilutive. Some awards may include token components upon availability and network phase.

Can I re-apply?

Yes. If rejected or deferred, you can re-apply with clearer scope, feasibility, and milestones.

Reporting requirements?

Short progress updates per milestone, public repo for open-source work, and a brief postmortem or demo link on completion.

Compliance & KYC?

Depending on tier and regulations, basic KYC/receipts may be required for payout processing.
